We had a great time in a beautiful country. Arrangements by Etnica were good except their operations who did not meet our expectations as far as accommodation was concerned. Instead of helping the customer to meet his needs operations parroted the hotel. Pablo and Joanne were excellent.

Etnica is a top notch Travel Agency, the trip was extremely well organized and ran smoothly. The hotels and the restaurants were well chosen and delicious! I appreciated having someone from the agency on the trip, coordinating all logistics aspects of the trip, the deep level of flexibility and the staff's understanding of the mission of this trip and Christina's wonderful attitude towards every traveller. The guides for the historic visits were stellar, well informed, funny and super interesting. I cannot recommend enough using Etnica!

Absolutely incredible experience. The jungle was beautiful , the Mayan sites amazing and the community vibe of the group and the guides it was just perfect, one of the best travel experience I have ever had by far.
